CORETT — Migration and Human Trafficking Video Series

For OIM (International Organization for Migration) and CORETT, we developed a series of audiovisual pieces focused on raising awareness about migration and human trafficking, addressing complex social issues through compelling motion graphics and visual storytelling. The objective of the project was to communicate sensitive and impactful messages in a way that is both engaging and accessible to diverse audiences.

The production process began with the creation of a detailed storyboard, carefully designed to structure the narrative and define how information would unfold visually. A key component of this stage was the integration of 3D elements with 2D illustrations, allowing us to build a rich and dynamic visual language capable of capturing attention while reinforcing the seriousness of the topic. Using Adobe Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere, and Cinema 4D, we developed a hybrid animation style that combines custom 3D scenes and objects with flat graphic elements and motion design. This approach enabled us to create layered compositions where depth, movement, and visual contrast guide the viewer through the story, emphasizing key moments and messages.

Special attention was given to the balance between aesthetics and content sensitivity, ensuring that the visual treatment remained respectful while still being visually compelling. Through the use of color, composition, and animation timing, we highlighted critical information related to migration processes and the risks associated with human trafficking. The result is a series of high-impact explainer videos that effectively communicate complex social issues through innovative motion graphics and 3D animation, serving as powerful tools for awareness, education, and advocacy within the context of international development and human rights.
