Motojombo — Branding Identity for Messaging Application
For Motojombo, a web and mobile messaging application, we developed a comprehensive branding identity system designed to reflect the platform’s core purpose: enabling seamless and reliable communication between users. The objective was to create a modern, recognizable, and scalable visual identity that could perform consistently across both digital and physical touchpoints. Using Adobe Illustrator and InDesign, we designed the logo, iconography, and stationery system, establishing a cohesive visual language that supports the brand’s positioning as a leading messaging service. The design approach focuses on clarity, connectivity, and adaptability—key attributes for a digital communication platform.
The central concept behind the identity is connection, represented visually through the use of lines and linking elements that interact across compositions. These graphic elements create dynamic structures that symbolize the exchange of information, reinforcing the idea of networks, conversations, and constant interaction. This system allows the brand to communicate its message not only through the logo but also through an expandable set of visual components. We developed a series of custom icons and graphic assets that align with the overall identity, ensuring consistency across interfaces and communication materials. The use of structured layouts and editorial design principles helps organize information clearly, making the brand both functional and visually engaging.
The identity was designed to be flexible and scalable, adapting easily to different formats such as digital platforms, user interfaces, and printed materials. This ensures a unified brand presence while allowing variation in composition and application. The final result is a strategic and contemporary branding system that effectively communicates Motojombo’s mission, strengthens its visual recognition, and supports its growth as a messaging and communication platform through a clear and connected design language.
